Is it true that homeopathy has no side effects? If yes, why?
Ans.: Yes, Homeopathic medicines are prepared from “essence” of a drug substance (An herb, a plant, a mineral...) and not from crud drug. Thus only its finer qualities are extracted. Secondly the way medicines are prepared is unique for Homeopathy and the method itself is only allows the ‘Energy’ of the medicine to be liberated; It is this ‘Energy’ which does the ‘Curing’.

Is Homeopathy very slow acting?
Ans.: No, Homeopathy is as fast acting as any other medicines, sometimes faster. Homeopathic medicines do curative work and ‘not’ Palliation or suppression, as is seen with other medicines. As to ‘complete’ a cure it seems that it is slow acting, but relief in suffering starts very fast.

Are lot of diet restrictions to be followed while on Homeopathic Rx?
Ans.: No, not at all. There are no diet restrictions unless the ‘Disease’ demands e.g. salt restriction in High Blood Pressure, sweet restriction in Diabetes mellitus etc.
Only care is to be taken while taking medicines:
- Medicine – Pills are to be put on tongue and sucked (not chewed) like a sugar ball.
- Nothing is to be taken by month (Food or water/ Drinks) for 30 minutes before and after these medicines are put in month

Ans.: No, Homeopathy is very good for Acute (recent) and chronic (long standing) diseases. Many times an acute (recent) suffering is a result of old / long standing disease which is generally overlooked by patients.
